For the record, I think Goldenl's calculations and positions are ridiculous like most of the things that he writes, but I am not going to waste my time on it.

As to whether the end buyer is a producer or private equity, I don't agree that there will be a sale to a buyer who will resell to a senior. I don't believe that Cynthia will be willing to sell at a price that will allow a buyer to make any significant profit by doing a subsequent "flip". I think she will want to be the one to get the $350.

I think that all the work that is being done, including the "derisking", sorting studies, etc, has been with the aim of preping the company to a sale to a producer. However, a JV between a producer and a financing partner is not out of the question.
