I'd agree but not so sure about anyone wanting to vacation in India.  I'd imagine if you go there once, you understand quickly why so much migration away from there exists.  It's an overpopulated shiithole.  With Italy I definitely see your point.  If current management continue on the international conglomerate path without the ability to oversee the mess they are creating, this will not work.  And the company will continue to be discounted.  Still, there is far more potential for upside than downside here.  It will see $4.50 long before it sees $2.50.
Spend that cash boys, just make sure it's in North America.
