RE:RE:RE:RE:Food For Thought . The Big Fish Deal Takes Turkiyes Chunk ?For once we can agree.....I agree we should be at over that $ dollar+ price, a while back I may say. But reality is telling us differently, unfuntunately...Ive been long on this TCF for a long time, and actively trading it...and then had very high hope for it at one time to HIT $2....months ago.. The markets are NOT sharing my same belief,....and realizing that...and done more research...as indicated strong market forces are targeting this company and resisting all the success to this day...At first convinced myself wait for 1st hole, markets will respond...then said wait until..drill hole 2 and 3, and 4 and 5 and soon 6....then, researched more about CEO , its management and went back to that initial FUND raising last year........YOU KNOW WHAT, THATS WANT DID IT FOR ME, CEO, had sold me out and with other shareholders... CEO did that, when our stock price was 29 cents, when I was buying big at the time..and he gave out the placement to WHOM ever???..at sold us out and gave it to them at .16 cents...with substantial warrants to boot...and later another PP at .31 cents...while I was still buying at .36 cents....NOW, I get it...markets do not see this like us and its value and are telling us that every day for the last 8 months....with the huge massive selling volume , which Im convinced is connected to as I have researched...."NAKED SHORTERS"....I did post a video, to prove my suspicion...and came to this conclusion...you can not fight them...its an illegal counterfeiting of shares. Seeing that CEO has not address this massive selling volume, which I did expect him to address, and had pleaded with him to address, which he has not publically..to this day.....NOW, I no longer can be long and do a buy and hold like most...so Im a trader on both sides..which I have been doing for the last few months or so...THEN, I saw a few executives large selling of their shares exchanged for past salaries....and CEO coming out and approved such a move, "they desire to be paid"..something like that....where these individuals had acquired these share at very low prices and had sold recently at much higher prices...they were making more than 3 or 4 times the amount of salary they earned then at the time. It appears this practice is continuing by the CEO in approving shares in exchange for Salaries...THAT MUST STOP....and reviewing its location "high risk TURKEY," and looking at their government owned partner and looking at BOTAS being the party setting the Trillion monthly gas price, at their discretion....and question what price is their state owned partner giving???....With this all in mind, have no confidence in the CEO or this company in providing me with any price appreciation on my investment in TCF,...I have very much interest here on both sides of the trade, ...Unfortunately, do expect a further funding need and placement very soon, in my opinion...
