A different skill set is needed now to propel this toward development and hopefully it gets bought out long before then.
The new CEO will be here shortly (I expect announcement next week). Once the new CEO gets familiar with the FS they will roll that out (yes, I am highly confident it's complete).
Things should ramp up once the CEO is in place for a few weeks. We just need someone to systematically tick the boxes to advance this project towards operation.
I'm concerned the new CEO will be a let down. As with everything else related to this company, people have built him up as if he's going to be a superstar CEO. Generally superstars already have good jobs and aren't looking to be connected with companies as half assed as this one has been, great deposit or not. Plus, given who is having a say in hiring said CEO, I have even less confidence. I'll gladly be wrong though .
