Recommendation

There seems to be some love returning to the beleagured Canadian small/micro cap stocks. Given how much they have declined, it looks like there is decent upside if the recovery continues. What would be your top three picks in this space?

We still think that WELL qualifies in the top of small cap potential names. Some small cap names that we also like under $10 which have robust fundamentals and we feel can perform well are: CS, HEO, CTS and BTO. (5iResearch)
