Acquisition prospects

Acquisition prospectsHi there,

This is my first post on this forum. I am mostly in a junior called Laurion Mineral Exploration which is prospecting about ~50km from the Greenstone. The goal of Laurion is to be acquired and I have long considered that the most likely acquiror is Equinox with Orion Mine Finance.

One of the issues I see with Equinox is the high AISC. I think the Greenstone is meant to address that and certainly it looks based on the feasibility study at an AISC under $900/ounce to be the best value proposition in the portfolio.

I know there is a lot of exploration in the Greenstone area and it would seem to be that within a couple of years Equinox could be in acquisition mode if there are positive MREs from surrounding properties, especially if there is synergy to be found.

It looks like the Greenstone is set to have a 14 year life and will be able to produce 400k ounces per year. If that a limitation of resources or something else?
