Today's released 2022 Supplemental Sustainability Report

Today's released 2022 Supplemental Sustainability Report Back on July 19th, Red_Deer threw me a curve ball that the record will clearly show, I did not comment directly to as I thought it was weird even for him! But I did post my version from Chemtrade's own documents that I felt refuted Red_Deer's post. The following is the part Red-Deer's post that I took exception to:

JUST LIKE a While Back Kherson DID NOT UnderSTAND That It IS the CONTRACTORs
RESPONSIBILITY to Monitor THEIR OnSite WORKERS__And TRAIN SAFETY Procedures/Protocols__NOT the Responsibility of the CHEMTRADE Safety Group

It would now seem that Red-Deer was on to something because the 2022 version of the Supplemental Sustainability Report actually echoes Red_Deer's comment from July 19th! You be the judge after reading the following 3 related excerpts!

2020 Supplemental Sustainability Report - Employee and Contractor Injuries
"We have safety improvement plans in development, or in place, to address contractor safety, serious injuries and close-call PSIFs".

2021 Supplemental Sustainability Report - Employee and Contractor Injuries
"We have comprehensive health and safety programs to protect our employees and contractors in every area of our operations. Our occupational health and safety programs focus on the safe execution of all work at all locations. These programs include leadership and employee training, identification and management of hazards, work-permitting processes, compliance monitoring, supervisory oversight, and contractor management".

2022 Supplemental Sustainability Report - Workplace Health and Safety
"Each of us must have the knowledge, skills, training, tools, and equipment to work safely. We must all accept accountability for both our personal safety and that of coworkers and contractors. This accountability includes understanding we all have the responsibility – and authority – to impose immediate interventions to remedy any unsafe conditions. And we all recognize the importance of the timely reporting of incidents, or sharing of concerns, with leadership and the environmental, health, and safety team".

In my opinion, it would seem that the Legal Department had a bigger hand in writing the 2022 Supplemental Sustainability Report than in previous years simply because the tone concerning this important issue has completely changed!
On a slightly different note, I see that the Contractor First Aid rates have been corrected for 2020 and 2021. Therefore, is it safe to assume that a portion of the 2021 Annual Incentive Awards will be clawed back? Maybe Red_Deer could enlighten us on that question also?
