RE:RE:Twitter (X)Still disappointing.  If this thing is still dragging on  , it is not as 'cut and dried'  as  suggested quite a while ago.

If the arbitrator has  convinced the Parties to allow him to  'mediate' rather than arbitrate  , this could drag on for another 4  months.

Not  sure about the lack of information about where we are in the process.  I  do not believe there is confidentiality involved in saying  -  the arbitrator has received all the information    -  the arbitrator has requested additional information from the Parties   =   The arbitrator will begin the deliberation process in X  weeks  and render a decision in XXX weeks.

If this thing drags on  , we can all expect a Christmaspresent  (or  lump of coal) from Replicel  for Xmas.
