That is the problem. There are way too many unknowns to get any kind of exact valuation. I think my rough guide is about as accurate as you are going to get for a best case scenario. It could be completely wrong if the company fails to perform. We do not even know if module 1 is going to work right. We are waiting on a "heater" to see if it can even meet its production goals.
Taking more factors into consideration does nothing because it just creates more questions. If you want to provide your own estimates based on performance goals, feel free. So far, I am the only one who has provided an estimate like this based on a time table and goal list. Even the goals and time table are a complete guess because the company has not provided any specifics at all.
