One more leg up for REIT sector

Cause we are in an upswing I expect the fed hike will be manipulated to a bullish undertone of peak rates or whatever (its all bs) and give REITS one final leg up like end of Feb. Then with a 15% upside move and reality setting back in that rates are still high, a nice correction will be in the cards. But dont think it will start till early/mid august
