Source of the Mirage Boulder Train ...

Source of the Mirage Boulder Train ...... there is some ridiculous debate going on about the source of the Mirage Boulder train and its source. One fool is saying it has to be close and compares it to the nuclear blast in the Oppeheimer movie. One idiot says the source of the boulders could be over 1,000 km's away and shows a picture of a boulder in Okotoks AB that is believed to have originated from over 900 kms away.

Both arguments are idiotic.

There are two tells the source is nearby. One, the boulders are angular to sub-angular suggesting they have not moved far from source. And secondly and more importantly is the fact there at 20 house to car sized boulders falling within 1.7 to 200 meter band perpindicular to ice flow. The fact these boulders are still closely spaced after potentially be deposited 1,000's of years ago strongly suggests they have not moved far from source. If they had moved far from source over thousands of years, there is almost zero chance they would be in such close proximity to one another. I am not a geologists. So do your own due diligence first and never invest in a company because Robsantu or LaNuggett says to! JMHO.
