I agree. To add some more speculation last year at SEMA the VW and Exro booths were right next to each other. Perhaps that was the beginning of the conversation?
Check out around the 2:45 mark.

Can someone tell me why a deal between VW and XPENG goes public and not under NDA but ours can't be released?
