As another poster noted, the next accident isn't far off,
bankruptcies are exploding, up 17% y-o-y for businesses
and 20% for individuals.  Some high-profile name probably
from the CRE world will take it you-know-where, and they'll
be the Poster Child as was AIG and Citi in '07.  Then it's 
all downhill.
