Just a few hundred kms north of me, China commissions TWO brand new thermal coal fired power plants PER WEEK to add to their insatiable and ever increasing energy demands.
Globally, energy demand is increasing, and we will need to get it from every kind of source possible in order to meet it. Oil included.

It can't be ! with all these EV out there , are the farmers using steam powered combines now ( LOL ) Oh it's for power generation for al these new EV ( WHAT A STICK SHOW ) . Suncor shutting down their coke fired power generating plant and building a Nat Gas fired power plant at base plant just to keep the Eco/libs happy . Than ship their coke overseas and that's a big 10-4 . BCRNW
