Until recently no one knew the Exro only had a part time CFO .. really ?...bad optics

And on top of that , they couldn't show Shareholders that a legitimate shareholders meeting couldn't be hosted by the company...
another bad optics call !!

Who ever is giving the advice to the CEO should be fired !!
