Are we sure there was a bid? As I recall, the wording of the report was quite ambiguous, some anonymous source claimed that there had been some discussions between LB and a potential buyer, but I do not recall something as definite as an unsolicited bid.

I could be wrong and, if I am, I would like to be corrected.
