The &#39;last time&#39;, news was not released by Gear or the buyer but by regulatory filings. &nbsp;Buyers and sellers have no interest in disseminating information on ARO transfers in this &#39;climate change&#39; period of hysteria.<br /> <br /> Its a nothing burger with positive implications for cleaning up the balance sheet. ARO is carried as a long term liability and, as syuch, only the current years obligation is charged against current year cash flow as a part of capex guidance.
