RE:RE:wrong jwillis:we always find out days, usually overThings have changed since the last blockade. Petrotal is no long at the table. It has become just an internal Peruvian matter between the different Peruvian groups at the table. The fund has and independent third party trustee to ensure the funds are utilized as intendent.
We will not be seeing any more blockages.
Petrotal's role now will be simply to fund the social agreement they have with Peru. The agreement itself is not the issue. The issue was over how the fund was going to be managed between the different Peruvian parties. That they will have to work out between themselves. For the funds to be accessed and utilized they are learning that they will have to cooperate. Petrotal is no longer in the picture as to how the fund is managed.
The focus is not on Petrotal any longer.
