Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of US$2.81 (the "Exercise Price") at any time up to 60 months following the Closing.

Friday's closing price in the U.S. on Friday was $2.81.
