My take on the market value of a company is that it will price in what we expect to see in the coming 6 months. Maybe the fertilizer product is not expected to see a big jump for net earnings but the CO2 will definitely add a mystery number here as we dont know how the credits will be offered or sold as a contracted value.
My numbers and your analysis are just our points of view at this time nothing is concrete.
The size of the deposit is 1.47B tones this is in the 43-101 statement that is in the historical news of Verde. Draw your own conclusions, sell your shares whatever.
