RE:RE:RE:RE:Oil up another buck!!!!!!!You need to own it close of the trading day before it goes ex-dividend.

To receive a dividend you need to own it at close on the the date of record. Once this moment passes the stock is said to trade ex-dividend (without dividend). Before the stock becomes ex-dividen it is said to trade cu.m-dividen (with dividend), technically from the date of declaration until the date of record.
