preparing drawings per hand....not really!

we have our specialists designing whole plants on software tools. you see the whole plant in 3d models and can also simulate activity before having built anything in real. you can overlay various levels of the model (underground / above ground) to check if you have a clashes.

from these models you can then extract all the design documents (piping isometrics, material takeoffs etc...) that are needed for construction.

these models can then also be used to measure the progress, visualize where there are delays and so on.

it's crazy what the best engineering companies can do just sitting at the desk nowadays! 

it's fun, you can fly through one of our multi billion facilities and visit each separate unit, before having moved a finger at site.

in addition we now make 3d scans of our sites and with VR goggles we now conduct site visits to discuss future projects.
