since there was no immediate move by bp based on the pancan news, AND, the pancan trial will not begin until early 2024, maybe this is nothing more than oncy securing the cash necessary to get through the time period needed to obtain pancan trial results.

disappointing, but that's what oncy is known for doing. bp wants to see results from a p3 and sh's want to see price appreciation.

the wait continues.
