diggin78 - I called IR a few weeks ago to ask what the problem was since Fidelity could not give me an answer, and the response I got from the IR contact with ER/EPL was that the issue was to do with the transfer agent who had "dropped the ball" and therefore there are many investors (both in Canada and the U.S.) who still have not gotten their ER shares yet. It is out of ER/EPLs control and the best they could say was that they would not be using this particular transfer agent again for any future spinouts - even ER has been having trouble getting in contact with the transfer agent to get updates from them.
It sounds like if I am now getting my shares in my account that whatever issues there have been with the transfer agent are finally working themselves out. Maybe you will see yours soon.
