I expect NOU could about to move, with respect to Lac Gueret

I expect NOU could about to move, with respect to Lac GueretGiven the information contained within the Mason Graphite news release, can we somehow expect that Black Swan Graphene principals and stakeholders are about to embark upon raising a shipload of capital and then seek to undertake a outright purchase of Mason Graphite; thus amalgamating the two companies and in the process then perhaps seeking to retake outright control of the Lac Gueret graphite project within the resulting combined company?

Could it be that Mason Graphite principals may be about to pursue the securing of a major "earning in" capital investor and the very graphite mining operator for the Lac Gueret
graphite project?
