RE:ALL I WANT IS ARTIS

RE:ALL I WANT IS ARTISArtis needs more transparency with their unitholders. Commit that no further public market REIT investments will be made. Promise that a certain percentage of all future asset sale proceeds will be applied towards debt repayment. In the absence of that, I'm afraid we will have to hope that Artis reports good results and some other REIT massively misses their Q2 and shorts decide to cover so they can go after a better opportunity. Artis has around six times the short interest as HR so that could prove helpful in seeing Artis outperform HR at least temporarily.

SNAKEYBOY wrote: To outperform HR in August so I can reverse my earlier trade last year and even them back out.  HR and ARTIS were once both equal price, then I realized Manji is playing games with investor capital, while HR is slowly and cautiously going to be 80% res/20% industrial by 2026 and a possible final move of splitting them into 2 pure plays or selling the industrial full out and being LANDTOWER PLUS
