I am not sure why everyone is hung up on the 3-4 years to get to a million patients.  It not as if nothing will happen between now and then.  The whole point IMO of that comment was to reinforce that their cleints's patients under contract will be onboarded and provided timing.  If you look at what they have disclosed.  I am aligning the patients on when they were billable per the financials and when they will be billable per the Company's disclosures.  I like the trend of increased onboardings.  Once improved adherence kicks in this will be a cash machine.
