Albemarle - PMET Lithium Alliance - Which one Acquires FL??

Albemarle - PMET Lithium Alliance - Which one Acquires FL?? Albemarle moving swiftly to ensure PMET doesn't become the dominant Lithium developer in North America.

(or actually, if look at this blockbuster "Canadian" Lithium development from another perspective, perhaps PMET does become the dominant "Canadian" Lithium developer)

ALB takes 7% interest in PMET for approximately $109-Million at $15.29/shr.

Big companies listen to people who know what to do in this business.

Albemarle coming through the back door via PMET.
Moving 1st on PMET because ALB sees the right "operating" team assembled at PMET.

The question is, will PMET acquire Frontier Lithium before Albemarle takes out PMET.

At FL's declining share price (as I said last week, "August" for this group - seasonality trend)

Either way, how could a Mgmt group screw up this bad with this kind of Lithium deposit(s).
One would almost have to work very hard to screw up this bad for shareholders (day after day declining share price).

The answers have been posted on the Bull Board numerous times in recent months.

On a more positive note, the faster FL share price declines, the sooner the right team is assembled to develop these rare Lithium finds in Northern Ontario and bring to production operations well ahead of the anticipated completion timelines of the Ontario battery mega factories.

Frontier Lithium may not need to be concerned with further capital raises.
By the time FL is cash depleted, the Company is not likely to exist in its current form.

A comment extracted from the PMET forum about 10 days ago when PMET trading in the mid $13's.

Still Good Price & Market Cap to Acquire Frontier Lithium

And then "Patriot" becomes the dominant Lithium developer "bar none" in North America that nobody can compare with, possibly not even Albemarle (that could be a bit of a stretch, but time will tell).
There is a massive economic advantage to developing these high grade "surface" Lithium Canadian deposits.

Actually, all Frontier Lithium needed was the "operating" group that PMET has successfully organized in short order then Frontier would have already been announcing its 1st full year of Lithium compound production as FL should have already been in production since 2022, at the latest.
And the mining and investing community is aware of FL's shortcoming.

Then years later, the FL Group is still mulling over a bridge. It is absolutely laughable.
It is Canada. The experts at building bridges through mountains, over large expanses of dangerous waterways, etc.

Anyway, it is FL shareholders loss and could be PMET shareholders huge gain to acquire FL at this tremendously undervalued valuation and add another 100 million tonnes of high grade, high value Lithium assets to "Patriots" Lithium inventory.

No doubt, this combination of Lithium assets could swiftly drive near term Lithium production in both Ontario and Quebec (to catch up with the construction timeline of Canada's battery production facilities), especially once the PMET team gets onto the Ontario ground (Frontier) to fast track Lithium production operations.
