Under Virginia property, it focuses on exploring two targets in Virginia: high-grade mesothermal gold vein mineralization along strike of the Buckingham Gold Vein and zinc-copper SEDEX-style mineralization in a newly identified base metals/polymetallic belt.

RE:Anybody Think HAVE to? Why would he HAVE to lower the PP. He will be 100% fully subscribed as of this morning I am sure. 

If you had bought at .03 instead of teling others to buy at .03, you wount care becasu yuo woudl be below the PP already.
