saying that having it completed only means the consultant firm is completed with it and sent it to atlas.
atlas would need maybe weeks to go over it before it is released.
I call BS. That implies atlas hasn't been communicating at all and have no clue what's in the FS
but they can also use the excuse of the new ceo would have to sign off on it. You know the new one coming in a few weeks? But wait they found someone even better at the last minute but then it takes a few months after that to hire this superstar.
they are stalling big time. Been stalling for 8 months.
makes you wonder why. If insiders knew anything the sp would be going up on impending news but it isn't.
so many excuses they will use as the sp goes lower after every missed self imposed deadline.
