In fact, anyone on the receiving end will end up with a big tax bill and overall net loss if exercising at these recent share price levels, particularly in a declining share price trend.
It is likely the new CFO lasts about the same length of time as the previous CFO (a year or two) until the clash of personal reasons materializes (rinse and repeat with this group).
The new CFO may enter the stage all charged up tomorrow and ready to put Frontier Lithium back on the trajectory of the past highs, only to be met with the eventual typical response, "we know what we are doing.....you just play with the numbers" (as the share price sinks further) and then he bails like Andrew who returned to his Gold producer (I think that is his name).
