Frontier Lithium Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of lithium mineral properties in Ontario, Canada. The Company is engaged in a pre-production business with a focus to be a strategic and integrated domestic supplier of spodumene concentrates for industrial users as well as battery-grade lithium hydroxide and other chemicals to the electric vehicle and energy storage markets in North America. The Company’s flagship asset, PAK Lithium Project, located about 175 kilometers (km) north of Red Lake, Ontario in the Red Lake Mining District and encompasses close to 27,000 hectares (ha). It also has two other spodumene-bearing discoveries, such as the Bolt pegmatite, which is located between the PAK and Spark deposits, as well as the Pennock pegmatite, located 25 km northwest of the PAK deposit within the project claims. Its lithium products include spodumene concentrate and lithium hydroxide monohydrate.

RE:Stock options=dilution=new 52wk low=buying back in at 1 buckITSUP2ME, I see your point, however, the stock options issued today and recent weeks will never be in the "profit" window with a continuously declining share price.  In fact, anyone on the receiving end will end up with a big tax bill and overall net loss if exercising at these recent share price levels, particularly in a declining share price trend.

It is likely the new CFO lasts about the same length of time as the previous CFO (a year or two) until the clash of personal reasons materializes (rinse and repeat with this group).

The new CFO may enter the stage all charged up tomorrow and ready to put Frontier Lithium back on the trajectory of the past highs, only to be met with the eventual typical response, "we know what we are doing.....you just play with the numbers" (as the share price sinks further) and then he bails like Andrew who returned to his Gold producer (I think that is his name).
