Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

My first reaction to the drop in FCF (46.3%) was a gasp and a sheesh. Don't remember anything like that in the decades I have been observing BCE.
But it is important to note that they are confirming guidance of 2-10% for the year. The underlying factors were delineated quite well by Glen.
Pity he is leaving but he has had a long and productive career.
