RE:My fearI could care less about press releasing patent grants. Do you think IBM and other tech companies issue press releases for every patent they are granted? 

Most companies don't even like the idea that their patent applications are forced to be publicised as it provides competitors with exact details as to how you are approaching a problem. And those thoughts are always evolving. 

Its the old double edged sword. Patents help build a moat around your opportunity but by exposing them you provide others with the understanding as to how to potentially circumvent them. This is why companies continue to attempt to expand their claims. 

Patents serve another purpose. They inform investors that the company's tech is unique and protected against being copied.

The company has a good sized patent portfolio at present. The share price does not reflect that at all.

The market is looking for signs that the industries EXRO services are acknowledging the value of their products AND that those that do acknowledge it have the horses to deliver volume.
