the company tells me all their documents and financials were ready on 15th of Jan for audit purposes...the auditors did not start till March thinking they could be done in 30 days considering they had the same auditor for 10 years...the sad part of all this is the company feels the process to list on the NASDAQ has now been the biggest loser as its put their plan back by a year or more.
