RE:RE:RE:Keno Hill begins ramp-up:330 tpd in JuneHuskySW
I still had UKHM annual reports from the '90s until a while back. Start-up soon, next quarter, etc etc.
Got in a housecleaning mood and threw them out.

As far as revenue from remediation, the remediation company Alexco Environmental Group (of which AXU CEO Nauman was CEO of at one time, perhaps by virtue of being CEO of Alexco) was sold by AXU to AEG management in about 2020 [now known as Ensero], and the last reference to it states that it was working under contract to AXU to remediate the Keno properties. Obviously, the gross margin for remediation would be less. Whether that same contractor arrangement exists under Hecla I haven't noticed reference to it, but in any event even if it is, then Ensero is not a direct contributor to Keno Hill profit except by any revenue sharing Keno might gain in the remediation contract arrangement, and any margin would only be from the Keno Hill activities. When owned by Alexco it was a high margin contributor to profit.

Incidentally, although you can't bring up AXU SH posts in the usual way they haven't disappeared. If you're interested in the history you can paste in the address bar:

and it's all still there. "Interesting" reading for history lovers.
