RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Instatuitions will need to get in..........Sure. I'm not suggesting that management should not even bother talking to any investors. And I've even cited Rekor's little "news" stories they put out as a factor in their share price strength.
But there's a history of people on this board expressing the view that better institutional investor outreach is somehow the key missing ingredient. And my sense is that this has even influenced management in how they have spent their time and company resources.
Top of the list, from a few years ago, signing up for--and PAYING for--"exposure" with Sidoti. I hated that and on occasion expressed the view that it was not only a waste of money but arguably hurt the company's image by making it look like they were so hapless that they could only get "exposure" by paying for it.
I'm constitutionally inclined to the view that, over everything except the relatively short term, results are all that matter and the other stuff is just noise. If strong results are coming then management does not really need to talk to anybody outside of the quarterly CC. The word will spread by itself. Like wildfire soon enough.
And investor $$$ will not care if there's been a reverse split or a US listing. It will find its way here.
