Sale of Non core is critical here. the travelling clow show will have to come up with $250M so debt can go to 1.1B and they can start buybacks. Delta Stream take over was just too much for them. They are not up to the task to handle that. I am sure they are second guessing smartnes of the move. That Brian guy is horrible businessman
