  • To your first point, LB has stated over a year ago all of the funds are there to complete construction.  We will see if he has to go back to the trough for more.  Going back further in time, LB stated that he will avoiding dilution because the faithful shareholders had been through enough.


  • Multiple parties fund one company ?  yes, but it gets complicated. Those who lend money want to be the first ones to get their money out, should something go wrong.


  • When Almonty received approval for the KFW loan, LB threw out the 2 Phase plan.  And when the SK Gov't and business approached Almonty regarding the DownStream Plant, (I think) at this time LB reverted back to the 2 Phase plan without telling shareholders.  Shareholders had to glean that information from the IP and try to read between the lines when LB made public statements.


  • The Oxide Plant is to be built in the Industrial Complex and not on Sangdong's mining site.
