RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DealAs I said, Southern Star Battery Metals Corp., STS:TSXV, is likely going to be one of the U.S. federal government preferred stratgic elements producers, with the DOD and DOE likely providing nationally important strategic capital grants, loans and other requisite assitance toward bring that BamaStar graphite project into full scal production sooner than anyone could have imagined.

As for NGC and what company management seem to be suggesting regarding the Lac des Illes graphite mine and the proposed extention of life for said existing graphite mining project, I will say that it all simply reads promising; and yet, delivering on promises seems to be at issue here.
Let us not mention that NGC management must raise material amounts of desperately required capital should they be intending to actually do all that which they have merely suggested thus far.

Hugues Jacquemin & Co finally released information regarding the drilling program at LDI;and yet, the NGC share price actually went south that day and has little support from any would be purchasers of NGC shares following the LDI drill program news release.

Everyone and their cousins know that this company is most likely to undertake a materially impacting - to our respective share position equity value of course - capital raise, especially now given that the company is clearly set on necessarily prlonging the life of the Lac des Illes graphite mine project.

I would suggest that it would be much more capital efficient to immediately bring the Graphano Energy Ltd and adjacent to the LDI mine situated graphite bearing lands project and want to be graphite mining operation development into the Northern Graphite Corporation fold.
After all, should expanding the LDI graphite mining operations include Graphano Energy Ltd's already advancing and more developed lands parcels, it would perhaps cost NGC much less to acquire it's way into a more immediate expansion of the LDI mining project and a more immidiate prolonging of the LDI mine project's life.
