Seems like an Escobal deal is close

PAAS is very active on Facebook (Pan American Silver Guatemala) and is inviting locals to the mine. A Ministry of Mines & Energy page says the process is expected to conclude in October for submission to the Supreme Court for verification. Maybe why PAAS sold the other assets off?
