RE:RE:Spin outScreenpro was not a spin out. Dm was required by the exchange to run the Covid through another company which was screen pro. And just for the record, Graph blockchain was not a spin out either. I suspect graph was bought for their encryption technology.
Medicall will be DM's first spin which I think is a good decision by the company and for Medicall. This is focusing these companies into pure plays which may have an advantage down the road when insitutions look to pick up shares of various companies in particular sectors and mutual funds and ETF's look to expand their basket of stocks. And if Medicall becomes very successful it has the chance of being bought out by a bigger company or Medicall becomes bigger and starts buying out their competition.
AI will be an integral part of the Medical field. Due to the extremely high success rate of their AI diagnosing patients correctly compared to a regular human doctor, I suspect it will be a government requirement in the future to put all diagnosis through AI technology to avoid or significantly decrease malpractice lawsuits by patients. Medicall should do quite well due to their AI technology being very good at what it does. I believe AI is now at a 150 IQ level, which is way higher than the average human at 100. And AI IQ is rapidly growing. I recall one expert saying that in time AI talking to humans will be like Einstein trying to talk to an ant about the theory of relativity.
The shares for the spin out will depend on what Medicall has planned for future aquisitions and therefore future dilution of shares. There is an opportunity to decrease the share count significantly in the spin out and then raise a large war chest of cash for future expansion and aquisitions. So who knows what that means for share ratios.
