The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. this means that NCI will B in line for some free goodies like LAC @ thacker pass.   i think the grant was for around 250M$ - before the ruissian invasion..  its one of the reasons LAC is trading aournd 20$ a share..  they hav canacords for a Billion and the Feds for anohter 250M$..  LAC is dripping in cash and lawsuits from that feak show harry haddlers save nevada snail darters (he is a fornt for morgan - thsaats where he gets his money)

could B looking @ 250 to 500M$ from the feds on the OP...

if this is the case and money is going to fill their rainy day barrel w dineros...  about 4 to 6 months the stork will go insider w the creep shows in DC as they lok in for a pigg out...
