The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I am kinda there. The value destruction is real and largely (I think) behind us. The shorts will cover and this will rally.  Not sure what precipitates that but I I assume another "good" quarter of leasing results and debt repaymnet will do it. Keep in mind AX.Un just renewed one milllion square  feet of space in a very tough market while selling assets at IFRS vales and repaying debt and buying back units.
