RE:RE:RE:RE:Very very phony trading on this stock Why are you still complaining? The answer was already given to.

During covid when dine-in was closed SRV and their peers were trashed. Then, when dine-in opened but travel was still restricted, everyone tired of eating out of styrofoam crawled out of their caves and flocked to the restos. Now that everything is fully open everyone is spending on travel and less on local restos.

It will come back, especially when sports gear up again (especially hockey/basketball/football). it's all a cycle. As pointed out, most here are in for the monthly distribution and the share value is just a number. Sure, no one likes to see it drop, but what's most important is that monthly cash flow.

I absolutely disagree its just not what is causing this  deal as its only in the last 2 weeks or less  had it gradually wandered backwards I would say mabe but this $2.00 plus drop was all in about 4-5 trading days .You talk about how its the monthly income and thats all that counts well lets be fair here lots of people paid 17.00++ so will a long time to even break even at  7.5% dist level; bottom line here somethings up and i hope its just a few traders taking profit here as this stock is so thinly traded even a sale of 500 shares can change the price by 30 cents
