Further away from being a TRUE Cannabis operation? As selling weed for years was a big failure for them, as was their consequentual attempts to try to buying up other failed canabinoid operations to salvage their business. When that didn't work out, they shifted to the possibility of growing fruits & veggies stuff like lettuce, cucumbers and apples....Ohhh myyy LOL to add some value and enhance the profitbility of their business. So i'm guessing THAT didn't work out as planned EITHER and are now relegated/pivoting to selling good ole fashion BEER!!!!
Who knew that Anheuser Bush's unfortunate dilemma & maasive PR problems would be Tilray's salavation .......LMAO.......well, look on the brightside......things could be worse and be unfortunate to own a pot company who's doing absolutely nothing.....just waiting for the end to come. But as don't expect ANY miraculous turnaround to befall Tilray because of this suspect acquisition, as AB is as smart as they come and they don't "divest" themselves of any portion of their business for no reason unless it has become unprofitable for them or not viable.....at the VERY least.......i'll give Tilray and its' bumbling Ceo SOME props that he's actually being pro-active and REALLY trying to save his company from BK.
So when this latest attempt isn't as fruitful (no pun intended of course! lol) as the last, and everyone realizes this.......I FULLY EXPECT for Mr. Simon & Tilray to hop on the Crypto bandwagon and start mining some precious Bitcoin in the foreseeable future........8)
For those that are thinking of FOMO'ing in here.......thinking it's cheap because of BEER!.....that ole time proven proverb always applies.... Caveat Emptor!!!!
