RE:level 2TEI and its paid investor relations consultants muat attract a handful of bigger investors that would be willing to scoop a couple or more million shares to get the ball rolling and clear the overhang that is surely there as a result of long underachievement.
SP is all that matters. Being in best position ever, vompared to the past underachievement, is meaningless unless the SP is also challenging the past highs, which unfortunately and realistically is not currently on the table since they are so much greater than the high of 28 cents reached here in one day out of 15 years.
I think the success will lie in growing much bigger projects. Growth in small orders does not attract attention...as we can see.
