RE:SIB 2 CAN STILL COME IMOWe might end up with SIB#2 whether we want it or not. Artis could use the liquidity and Cooper tendered everything to SIB#1 so he might not be done selling either. A smaller SIB of maybe half the size might be manageable if we sold all the DIR units and maybe managed to sell a couple properties. A 5 million unit SIB plus a fully utilized new NCIB would see us at 30 million units in one year's time. That would be a pretty good outcome in my opinion and might be better than Artis/Cooper dumping Dream Office units on the public market even if it means Dream Office has to carry a bit more debt.
