The Eagle Mountain Project comprises two gold deposits, Eagle Mountain and Salbora, in addition to several other exploration targets. Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Nicoz Resources, S.A., and Mako US Corp.

That's the opportunity isn't it? The controlling shareholder does have confidence, is buying more and can perform corporate actions to realize the value.

I can see given you are an efficient market proponent that maybe you think the sellers know more or just as much as the controlling shareholder buyer?
