Its San Albino gold project is an open pit development project located in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua and accessible through a paved highway. Its Las Conchitas area is located approximately 2.5 kilometers south of its high-grade San Albino Gold Deposit and is situated near the southern end of the Corona de Oro Gold Belt. The Eagle Mountain Project comprises two gold deposits, Eagle Mountain and Salbora, in addition to several other exploration targets. I don't think anyone has any interest in taking it private. There is too much optionality in staying public especially if the cost of capital comes down and M&A ramps up. Except for a small SILJ ownership, no one has to own Mako. Becsuse there are no promoters, it doesn't get the boost that newsletter writers associated with the promoters can provide so it's not exciting for most junior gold investors who want lots of volume and volatility.
