Cooper could fix most of his REITs by selling Dream Industrial REIT. There is an almost $300 million payday in it for DRM if that were done, Dream Office would have all its DIR units acquired by the buyer for some large premium to where it trades today and Dream would now have lots of money to prop up MPCT if desired. Cooper is obviously an intelligent man however there is in my opinion not enough hours in the day to give all these REITs the attention they deserve.
